We truly cannot thank Romantics Travel, Kimberly, and Jeff enough for the incredible service and support they provided throughout our destination wedding planning journey. From day one, they were by our side — thoughtful, organized, and always ten steps ahead. Planning a wedding from afar is no small feat, but they made it feel effortless. They took on the task of coordinating travel for all of our guests with such grace and professionalism. Every question, request, or change — even the inevitable last-minute ones — was handled with patience and precision. We felt completely taken care of, and so did our guests. And just when we thought they couldn’t impress us more, they truly went above and beyond. When my husband accidentally left his wedding ring behind at the resort, they immediately jumped into action — coordinating everything from pickup to delivery. We didn’t have to lift a finger, and the ring arrived safely and in perfect condition. Working with them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They’re more than just travel planners — they’re calm in the chaos, logistical wizards, and genuine lifesavers. If you're planning a destination wedding, trust me: you want this team on your side. Our honeymoon was hands down the BEST trip we have ever been on. This would not have been possible without Kim and Jeff. Never have we ever had a trip go so smoothly. They responded so quickly to any and all of my many emails with questions and made the trip planning so easy. Any problem we had while on the trip (there weren't many), was taken care of ASAP because they responded to us in <5 minutes. We were/are blown away by their level of customer service. I could go on and on about how great they are, truly. We will absolutely be using them again. I cannot recommend them enough!

Working with Kim at Romantics Travel was absolutely priceless for our Cancun wedding this June! From start to finish, she went above and beyond not only for us, but also for every single one of our guests. She and her team were incredible at handling the details that made all the difference—going back to the resort multiple times to resolve price discrepancies, ensuring scooter access for a family member, helping with room issues, and more. She created a custom website and app that all of our guests used throughout the trip, which kept everything organized and stress-free. Everyone raved about how seamless it all felt, thanks to Kim. She even provided custom allergy cards for our guests, which was such a thoughtful and important touch. We looked at a lot of options before choosing Romantics Travel, and I can confidently say that Kim was worth every single penny. I recently had the pleasure of booking my vacation through Romantics Travel, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. We went to Tulum, and was able to experience Chichen Itzá, one of the 7 wonders in the world. From the initial planning stages to the final details, their service was exceptional. When our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they were immediately on top of the situation, quickly finding us alternative flights and hotel accommodations. Their responsiveness and attention to detail not only made our travel seamless and stress-free but also assured us that they were with us every step of the way, ensuring we made it back home safely. If you are planning a destination wedding or an out of country trip, Romantics Travel should be your first call! My husband and I got married on May 9th, 2025 in Mexico, and let me tell you, it never would have happened without Kimberly and Jeff. Their whole team is so awesome and made the insanity of planning a destination wedding into a fun and exciting process without the stress. We actually really really enjoyed picking out the resort, scrolling through their options, deciding what we wanted in a resort and all that jazz. I HIGHLY recommend romantics travel for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of a destination wedding! The team helped us and all our guests safely travel to Mexico and helped out tremendously with inevitable travel hiccups. Everyone at romantics travel was so helpful and so much fun to work with. Just schedule a phone call to get to know them and their process if you're unsure. If your unsure about whether or not to do a destination wedding, do it! With a destination wedding, you get a weekend with family and friends on the beach rather than just a day, and that is something my husband and I will cherish forever. Another reason is that you will likely save money on your wedding. I truly believe my husband and I saved over $10k on our wedding. They also helped us plan(and save money) for our honeymoon. Thank you Kim, Jeff, and the whole team for making our wedding weekend and our honeymoon what I've dreamed about since I was little. We can wait to plan our next trip with y'all!

We can not recommend Romantics Travel enough! Kim and Jeff are phenominal, friendly, professional, and full of love! As a bride, I was worried I would be stressed the entire time, and it could not have been different! Such a positive experience for us and our guests. Not one guest had one issue and Kim and Jeff helped every step of the way. I wouldn't have made it without Romantics Travel and they turned our special day into a magical journey!
